Troy Turner

Troy Turner is a Program Management Manager with extensive experience in account management and digital issue resolution. They held the position of Global Account Management Senior Supervisor at Berlitz Corporation from 2007 to 2014 and served as Local Manager of Instruction at Berlitz Israel from 1999 to 2002. More recently, they worked at Citi from 2021 to 2023, where they managed a digital escalations team and contributed as a Manager of Program Management and Presidential Analyst in the Executive Response Unit. Troy holds degrees in Public Relations/Image Management from EFAP and International Business & Communications from Marymount Manhattan College.
