ÜMİT GÜNEY

Ümit Güney is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in law enforcement and public safety management. After graduating from the Police Academy in 1993, Ümit served in various capacities within the Turkish National Police Department, including roles as Chief of Kadıköy Patrols and Head of the Diyarbakır Traffic Department. They participated in United Nations missions in Kosovo and Haiti, focusing on traffic and accident investigations. Currently, Ümit is working as a Country Manager at Citi, having previously held the position of Senior Security Manager at LC Waikiki and Head of Transportation at Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality. Ümit also holds multiple master's degrees in Forensic Science from Ankara University and has authored three published books.
