Vera Sima

Vera Sima, CPA, CISA, is a results-oriented professional with extensive knowledge and experience in internal audit, compliance, and risk management. Currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit at Citi since 2015, Vera previously held the position of Assistant Vice President of Internal Audit at Brown Brothers Harriman from 2008 to 2015. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Associate in the Risk Management Advisory Group at KPMG, LLP from 2005 to 2008, and as a Senior Program Accountant at Clarendon Insurance Group from 2004 to 2005. Vera is currently pursuing an MBA in Accounting at the City University of New York-Baruch College.
