Vidhya Bhardwaj

Vidhya Bhardwaj currently serves as a Member at Chief, a private network dedicated to empowering women in executive positions since December 2022. With a long tenure at Citi beginning in June 2006, Vidhya holds the title of Managing Director and is the Global Head of Fixed Income Trade Processing Technology. Vidhya has also occupied roles such as Sr. Vice President, overseeing legacy Rates trade processing retirement and trade migration, Vice President in charge of Local Markets Rates Derivatives, as well as earlier positions in project management and coordination. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Analyst and Project Manager at GE Plastics from June 1999 to August 2005. Vidhya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, obtained in 1999.
