Vikas Prasad

Vikas Prasad is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology and project management, holding various roles across multiple organizations. Vikas began the career at Accor Services Pvt. Ltd. as an IT Support Executive, focusing on manual test case writing and user support. Vikas then progressed to TCS e-Serve International Ltd. as a Sr. Tech Associate, developing test cases and conducting testing before assuming the role of Team Lead, where responsibility included analyzing customer requirements and developing test strategies. Subsequently, Vikas served as Manager QA at Citigroup Software Technology and Services, managing risks and preparing functional specifications. In the role of Vice President at Citi, Vikas led initiatives for Instant Payments in the APAC region, overseeing business requirement analysis and vendor coordination. Vikas holds a degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai.
