Vincent Stubbs

Vincent Stubbs, PMP, is a Senior Vice President and Operational Risk Group Manager at Citi, where they lead a team responsible for managing operational risk in Branded Cards and Credit Risk. They previously held senior roles at Chase, Bank of America, and NetBank, specializing in operational risk analysis, project management, and process improvement. Vincent's early career included serving as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the US Navy. They are currently pursuing a B.Arch in Architecture at Virginia Tech and an MBA in Finance and General Management at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
