Vinitha Ramesh

Vinitha Ramesh is currently serving as the Assistant Vice President at Citi, leading Total Rewards & Culture as well as Employee Health and Insurance Benefits across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Previously, Vinitha worked as an HR Business Partner at Goldman Sachs, overseeing divisions such as Consumer & Wealth Management and Global Investment Research. Vinitha has also held roles at Triumph Group and HomeLane, focusing on HR project management, talent acquisition, and recruitment. Vinitha earned a Master of Science in International Business from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Poznaniu and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Christ University, Bangalore. Vinitha gained early experience as a Clinical Biochemistry Intern at NIMHANS and as a Marketing and HR Intern at NeoGroup.
