Von Palma has extensive experience in finance and operations, with a strong focus on equity research and fund reconciliation. At FactSet Research Systems, Von served as a Senior Equity Research Analyst, wherein the primary responsibility was to meet productivity and quality benchmarks. Following this role, Von worked at J.P. Morgan as a Fund Accounting Specialist, managing day-to-day fund operations, and later held multiple positions at The Citco Group Limited, culminating as a Vice President responsible for managing teams and overseeing funds reconciliation operations. Current role as a Vice President at Citi encompasses managing a group of analysts and ensuring the delivery of daily reconciliations within the operations of transaction services. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Philippine School of Business Administration.
