Winnie Lau

Winnie (Mow) Lau is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in accounting and process management. Currently serving as the Process and Control Director at Citi since October 2011, Winnie leads a global team overseeing O&T accounting and managing over $7 billion in assets, focusing on process standardization and enhanced controls. Prior to this role, Winnie was a Process Control Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, specializing in advisory services for various industries, including pharmaceuticals and retail. Earlier in the career, Winnie worked as a Financial Analyst at National Starch and Chemical, handling journal entries and consolidating financial reports. Winnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from New York University.
