Wit Oemar

Wit Oemar has extensive experience in corporate banking, holding significant positions at Citi from July 2018 to March 2025, including Head of Corporate Banking for Indonesia, where responsibilities included coverage of Local Corporates, Financial Institutions, Public Sector, and Multinational companies. As Director and Country Head of Global Network Banking within the Institutional Clients Group, Wit led the establishment of Global Network Banking in Indonesia, integrating the Global and Commercial Subsidiaries Groups. Additionally, as Director and Country Head of Global Subsidiaries Group in Banking Capital Markets and Advisory, Wit managed a team dedicated to multinational clients across various industries. Prior to Citi, Wit worked at IBM as a Territory Partner Manager, focusing on relationships with Independent Software Vendors in Indonesia. Wit holds an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge and a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London.
