Xiaolu Ge

Xiaolu Ge is the Senior Vice President of Data Quality at Citi, a role held since 2024. Previously, they served as VP of Data Quality at the same organization and as a Senior Associate at Element22 from 2015 to 2022. Xiaolu gained experience as a Project and Business Analyst Intern at McKinsey & Company in 2014, and earlier worked as a Sales and Service Specialist at Bank of America from 2011 to 2012. They hold a Master's degree in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Information Systems from New York University.
