Yan Chen

Yan Chen is an analytics professional with extensive experience in business analysis and decision management. They worked as a Senior Business Analyst at American Express from 2007 to 2012 and later served as VP of Marketing Analytics at United Overseas Bank Limited from 2012 to 2016. Currently, Yan holds the position of AVP, Decision Management at Citi since 2016. They earned a Master’s degree in Statistics from the National University of Singapore and received a Specialist Diploma in Credit Analytics from the Risk Management Institute at the same university.
