Yan Kuznetsov is a commercial lending legal specialist with extensive in-house experience, currently serving as Director & Associate General Counsel at Citi in the Commercial Bank. Previously, Yan held the position of Director & Counsel at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank from 2016 to 2022, where Yan negotiated and advised on various loan facilities and coordinated cross-team collaborations. Earlier in their career, Yan gained valuable experience as a Legal Secondee at Citi and as a Legal Extern at BTG Pactual, among other roles. Yan earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Boston College Law School in 2010 and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Investments from Baruch College in 2007.
