Zac Tate

Zac Tate is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment strategy and economic policy. Currently serving as Vice President of Investment Strategy at Citi since September 2022, Zac focuses on asset allocation, risk management, and thematic investing while delivering insights through presentations and written materials. Prior to this role, Zac was an Investment Strategist at HSBC from October 2019 to August 2022, specializing in multi-asset strategies and macroeconomic themes. Earlier experience includes working as an Economic Strategist at Hottinger Group, where Zac was responsible for developing the House View and chairing the asset allocation committee. Zac co-founded CapX and served as a Project Manager, promoting inclusive capitalism and raising capital for the initiative. Zac's professional journey began with an internship at the House of Commons. Academic qualifications include an MA in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Economics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
