Zack Li is a seasoned leader currently serving as MD and Head of Balance Sheet Analytics at Citi Treasury, where they leverage extensive expertise in capital markets and portfolio risk management. They previously held senior positions at PNC and Ally Financial Inc., overseeing quantitative research and driving analytical solutions in complex financial environments. Zack began their career as an intern at Bank of America and advanced through roles at SAS Institute Inc. and Fannie Mae, developing sophisticated financial models and risk management strategies. They hold both a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Operations Research from Northwestern University, along with dual degrees in Mathematics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
