Katrina Hall

Katrina Hall has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Katrina is currently working as a Diversity Engagement Lead at CitiPower and Powercor, focusing on inspiring the next generation of talent in technical and trade-based fields. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MYOB. From 2014 to 2022, Katrina held the position of General Manager People & Culture at Very Special Kids, where they managed the organization's personnel and culture. Katrina also worked as an HR Consultant and Projects Lead at GlaxoSmithKline from 2013 to 2014, and as a Staffing Leader at GE Capital in 2012. Katrina'searlier experience includes roles in Lion as a Recruitment Services Manager, Human Resources Manager, and HR Consultant/Manager. Katrina began their career at Accenture as a Policy/Employee Relations Specialist and later as an Executive Recruiting Specialist.

Katrina Hall holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources from Victoria University. Katrina is also a member of the Australian HR Institute (AHRI).
