Renate Vogt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory economics and asset management within the energy sector. Currently serving as the General Manager at CitiPower and Powercor since 2008, Renate leads initiatives to optimize regulated assets, enhance customer engagement, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, while also identifying new opportunities in energy services. Previously, Renate held roles as Head of Regulation and Senior Regulatory Economist at CitiPower and Powercor, where responsibilities included developing regulatory strategies and investment plans. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Regulatory Economist at SP AusNet and the ACCC, focusing on transmission investment plans and promoting competition in energy markets. Renate holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours and a Master's from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with Honours and a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors designation.
