Hrishikesh Thakur

Hrishikesh Thakur is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in technical leadership and software engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at CitiusTech, Hrishikesh focuses on intent detection and summarization using advanced large language models such as Bloom, T5, BART, and LLaMa, alongside generative AI context generation. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Project Engineer at Wipro Limited, where Hrishikesh specialized in user experience sentiment analysis and predictive modeling for major incident detection, while also automating solutions using Azure cloud services and Databricks. Previously, at Persistent Systems, Hrishikesh trained and deployed Named Entity Recognition models for information extraction from news articles and PDF documents. Hrishikesh holds a Master of Technology in Mathematical Modeling and Simulation and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, both from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
