Nitin Kapoor

Nitin Kapoor has extensive work experience in the healthcare and analytics industries. Nitin is currently working at CitiusTech as the Market Delivery Lead - Lifesciences, where they advise customers on transformative initiatives and leads a team of cross-functional experts. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President at CitiusTech, where they led solution definition and service delivery for the payvider market segment.

Before joining CitiusTech, Nitin worked at ITC Infotech as the Sr General Manager and Chief Architect for Healthcare Insights. Nitin established the Analytics & Data practice focusing on healthcare and insurance, built a skilled team, and led consulting and solution design for global healthcare clients. Nitin also conceptualized and developed Healthcare Insights, a cloud-based, voice-enabled, big data, and AI platform for healthcare organizations.

Nitin also has experience at NTT DATA Services, where they served as the Global Practice Head for Information Management. Their role was to scale competencies in Business Intelligence and Information Management within the organization, with a focus on healthcare. Additionally, they worked at Wipro Limited, where they held various positions including Director of Analytics & Information Management, ANZ, and Senior Practice Manager of Analytics and Information Management, ANZ. In these roles, they led business development and delivery governance, scaled the business, and serviced customers from different industries.

Throughout their career, Nitin has demonstrated expertise in areas such as business intelligence, information management, data warehousing, and analytics. Nitin has a strong track record of driving growth and delivering value to clients.

Nitin Kapoor holds a master's degree in Business Administration from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal, with a specialization in Systems and Marketing. Nitin also has an engineer's degree in Computer Science from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Their high school education was completed at Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi, where they studied Science and Economics. In addition to their formal education, Nitin has obtained several certifications including PAHM from AHIP, DevOps Foundations from LinkedIn, Business Intelligence for IoT Solutions from Microsoft, Edge Analytics: IoT and Data Science from LinkedIn, and Introduction to Python for Data Science from Microsoft. Nitin is also certified in Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute and TOGAF® Certification Program from The Open Group.
