Tom started the agency in October of 2002. He has nearly 20 years of experience supporting this population of people to integrate into the community and live as independently as possible. His experience has focused on supporting individuals who have severe challenges to living and being accepted in communities. He works to guarantee and preserve a peoples right to be healthy, safe, free and independent contributors in society.
