Rebecca Garrard has experience working as Deputy Executive Director - Campaigns and Movement Politics at Citizen Action of New York. Prior to this, Rebecca held positions as Legislative Director and Campaigns Manager for Housing Justice at the same organization. Rebecca was also Statewide Organizer for Housing Justice and Upstate Coordinator at Housing Justice For All. Additionally, Rebecca worked as a Union Organizer at WTA. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from SUNY New Paltz.
