Sarah Bennett

Sarah Bennett is a data scientist at Citizen Data since August 2022, focusing on utilizing data to strengthen democracy. Previously, as a data analyst at Analytics Solutions Center, Sarah contributed to the validation of a social capital dataset for Meta, leveraging machine learning and Python for anomaly detection. In earlier roles at the Center for Growth and Opportunity at Utah State University, Sarah served as Recruitment Director, increasing selectivity by 17%, and also worked as a recruiting manager and academic programs manager. Sarah's experience includes a graduate teaching assistantship in machine learning at Utah State University and a role as a training associate at Atlas Network, where international training programs were facilitated. With a solid foundation in research as an undergraduate fellow, Sarah holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Economics from Utah State University.
