David C. Connolly

David C. Connolly is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in acquisitions and divestitures. Currently serving as a Senior Landman for Citizen Energy Partners since September 2022, Connolly is responsible for business development and A&D activities, focusing on unconventional non-operated oil and gas assets. Previously, Connolly held the position of Senior Landman at QEP Resources, overseeing projects in Texas, North Dakota, Wyoming, and Colorado. At Reagan Resources Inc., Connolly was promoted to Director of Business Development after leading successful projects that contributed to revenue growth. Connolly also owned the Connolly Agency at Farmers Insurance, where significant sales increases and strategic operations were achieved. Connolly holds an MBA in Energy and Finance from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, Finance, and Spanish, complemented by further education at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
