Nasha Fitter

Nasha Fitter is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in healthcare and education technology. As the cofounder and Chief Business Officer of Citizen Health since December 2023, Fitter is focused on developing an AI-powered platform for patients with rare and complex diseases. Fitter also co-founded FOXG1Research in response to a personal family health challenge and has established a significant repository for patient outcomes related to FOXG1 syndrome. Previous roles include leadership positions at Invitae and Ciitizen, specializing in real-world data and patient-centric medical record management. Fitter's earlier career features significant contributions to Microsoft in education technology and the founding of Schoolie, which aimed to enhance visibility of school performance data.
