Eric O'Neill

Eric O'Neill is an experienced watchmaker and expert in after-sales service, currently serving as the Senior Director of After Sales Service at Citizen Watch America since May 2023, overseeing after-sales care for luxury brands including Frédérique Constant and Alpina. Previously, Eric O'Neill owned E. O'Neill Watch Works from March 2004 to November 2023, specializing in the repair and restoration of high-end watches such as Patek Philippe and Rolex. With a background that includes positions at Hamilton Jewelers as a repair and restoration technician and as a retail sales educator at Montblanc, Eric O'Neill possesses extensive knowledge of luxury timepieces. Eric holds a degree in Watch Repair/Watchmaking from Gem City College and has pursued music education at Eastern Illinois University.
