John Horton

John Horton is the Founder and CEO of Citizenly, aiming to enhance citizen experiences through a social media platform. John is also a Singer-Songwriter at Kiwi Ridge Records and the Founder, Executive Chairman, and CEO Emeritus of LegitScript. Prior to these roles, John served as an Associate Deputy Director at the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy and as a Deputy District Attorney at Multnomah County District Attorney's Office. With a background in law and international studies, John has also worked as an interpreter and translator at Fujitsu, Inc. John holds degrees from the University of Oregon School of Law, Waseda University, and Willamette University.
