Benjamin Ward

Benjamin Ward is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Area Manager and Hotel General Manager at citizenM hotels since February 2021. Previously, Benjamin held various roles at Accor from 2002 to 2021, including General Manager, Regional Director of Food and Beverage, and Lounge Manager for Qantas International Lounges. With a strong background in sales, operations, and team leadership, Benjamin has managed up to 100 staff members and overseen services for millions of premium airline guests annually. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University and additional culinary education from Loftus and Woolongong TAFE.
