Kimberly Ong

Kimberly Ong currently serves as Divisional Director for the Climate Risk and Resilience team at Howden Group Holdings since October 2023. Kimberly has been a Vice Chair and Trustee at Citizens Advice Barnet since March 2021. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Director at WTW within the Financial Services - Climate Resilience Hub from October 2022 to October 2023. Kimberly's extensive experience at J.P. Morgan Asset Management spanned over a decade, with roles including EMEA & Asia COO for Asset Management Solutions and running the Global Derivatives Regulatory Reform Programme. Kimberly began their career at J.P. Morgan in various analyst positions, and holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath and a short course in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge.
