Becky Walters

Becky Walters, MEd, serves as the Training Manager at Citizens Advice in East Dorset and Purbeck, beginning in April 2024, where the focus is on leading the induction, training, and performance support for a dedicated team of volunteers and staff. Previously, Becky held multiple roles at Teach First from September 2020 to March 2024, including Learning & Development Manager and Instructional Designer, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of instructional designers and delivering blended training for 400 learners. With a strong educational background, including a Master’s in Educational Research from the University of Cambridge, Becky has extensive experience in curriculum design and teacher development across various educational institutions, coupled with ongoing professional development through CIPD qualifications.
