Abi Conway

Abi Conway is an experienced leader in the social and justice sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Citizens Advice Northumberland since November 2017. Prior to this role, Abi held various positions at Working Links from June 2007 to October 2017, including Head of Stakeholder Management, where responsibilities included developing a national stakeholder strategy. Notable projects managed include the implementation of the Bad Boys Bakery initiative and ensuring contract compliance across the OLASS contract in Yorkshire & The Humber. Abi's educational background includes a BScHons in Communications & Media Studies from Loughborough University and A levels in Law, English Literature, and Sociology from Tynemouth College.
