Vikki Shelton

Vikki Shelton, MCIPD, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of HR at Citizens Advice Scotland since March 2014, where Vikki provides a generalist HR service in collaboration with employees and managers. Previously, Vikki held roles including HR Project Work at The Scottish Prison Service, HR Case Manager at the Forestry Commission, and HR Business Partner at sportscotland, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR projects, disciplinary cases, and developing HR initiatives. Vikki began the HR career as an HR Assistant at the University of Edinburgh, supporting a significant staff body. Academic qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management, a Certificate in Personnel Practice, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
