Dr Laura Higson-Bliss

Dr. Laura Higson-Bliss is an accomplished academic and legal professional currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Citizens Advice Wigan Borough since January 2023, focusing on the governance and strategic direction of the organization.
