Anne Pardoe

Anne Pardoe is the Head of Policy at Citizens Advice, where they oversee work related to consumer, post, telecoms, debt, financial services, and housing. With experience as a Principal Policy Manager in various domains at Citizens Advice, they manage teams and develop influential policies while acting as an external spokesperson. Previously, Anne worked as a Telephone Adviser at Lloyds TSB and held internships at the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign and Barnardos. Anne holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Leeds.
