Colette Benham is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience, currently serving as a Board member at Argyll & Bute Care & Repair and the Argyll and Bute Citizens Advice Bureau. Colette has held various roles in retail management at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd and has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as a HR Consultant at Insight HR & Management Consultancy Ltd and as the Director of HR & Corporate Services for Argyll Community Housing Association Group since 2006. Colette holds a Level 5 Diploma in Management Coaching & Mentoring, a BTEC National Diploma in Business & Finance, and a postgraduate qualification in CIPD.
