Jon Crook began their work experience in 1999 as an Analyst Programmer at Harrods. Jon then worked as a Solution Developer & Consultant at Extraprise from 2001 to 2003. Crook joined Barclays in 2003, where they held various roles such as Lead CMS Developer, Expert Analyst Programmer, Head of Innovation Engineering, Internet Portfolio Manager, and CMS & Public Site Director. In 2015, they became the Software Engineering Director for Digital Banking at Barclays, leading a global team and delivering a multi-million-pound change portfolio.
