Tom MacInnes has extensive experience in policy and research, currently serving as the Interim Director of Policy at Citizens Advice since March 2016. Prior roles at Citizens Advice include Chief Analyst, Head of Data, and Head of Analysis. Previously, Tom was the Research Director at the New Policy Institute from February 2006 to February 2016, where expertise in data analysis and policy development was further honed.
