Dean Solem

Dean Solem has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Dean is currently working as a Senior Vice President/Market Manager at Citizens Alliance Bank since October 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Market President at United Prairie from March 2015 to October 2020. Dean also served as AVP/Ag Loan Officer at Minnwest Bank from June 2011 to March 2015 and as an Ag Loan Officer at Co-Op Credit Union of Montevideo from October 2008 to May 2011.

Before transitioning to the banking sector, Dean worked at Pella Corporation as a Production Manager from December 2004 to September 2008 and as a Department Manager from May 2001 to November 2004. Dean started their career as a Glazier at Windows & Doors from May 1996 to April 2001.

Dean's early career involved serving in the United States Air Force as a Nuclear Weapons Specialist from February 1991 to September 1994.

Dean Solem received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead in the year 2001.
