John T. Gill

John T. Gill is an experienced banking professional with a strong focus on Ag and Small Business Lending. John T. served as the President and COO of Citizens Alliance Bank, where they developed the strategic vision, sustained financial growth, and created a customer-centric culture. Prior to this, they held executive roles at Western Bank, Highland Bank, and Richfield Bank and Trust, where they gained extensive experience in finance and operations. John T. started their career at McGladrey, where they worked as a Senior Manager.

John T. Gill obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Dakota. John T. then attended the University of Pennsylvania's ABA National School of Banking from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their education, John has obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy in November 1989.
