Brooke Wilfahrt

Brooke Wilfahrt currently serves as a Loan Processor and Client Success Leader at Citizens Bank Minnesota since June 2017, delivering high-quality client support while identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships. Previous experience includes roles as a Marketing Administrative Assistant and Sales and Marketing Intern at Thrivent Financial, where support was provided for day-to-day operations, website maintenance, and social media management. Additional positions include server/bartender at RS Sports Grill, where excellent customer service was ensured, and hostess at Redstone American Grill, where Brooke advanced to lead hostess and trained staff. Early experience includes working as a nanny for two children.
