Brenda Knipfer has over 25 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Brenda started their career in 1992 as a Mortgage Loan Processor at First Savings Bank and later joined Mortgage Centre, LC as a Loan Officer Assistant from 1997 to 2005. In 2006, they became the Mortgage Manager & Vice President at Citizens Bank of Kansas and also held the position of Vice President at Verus Bank from 2016. Throughout their career, Brenda has gained expertise in mortgage lending and management roles.
Brenda Knipfer completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Kansas State University. Brenda attended the university from 1988 to 1992.

Citizens Bank of Kansas is very proud of our history. We were established in 1905 as a charter in the small town of Atlanta, Kansas. We grew through four generations, and currently have ten different locations: Augusta, Derby Buckner, Derby Rock Rd, El Dorado, East Wichita, Kingman, Medicine Lodge, Pretty Prairie, West Wichita, and Winfield. Today, Citizens Bank of Kansas remains a family owned business with the ideas and visions for the future of the bank that began over 100 years ago. In 2013, CBK introduced a new logo, indicative of things to come. As things at CBK continue to change and improve, some things stay the same.
