Janendra Bandara

Janendra Bandara is an experienced professional in customer relationship management and sales, currently serving as the Head of CRM & Contact Center at Citizens Development Business Finance PLC since November 2017. Prior experience includes positions as Call Centre Incharge at Cargills Bank Limited and Corporate Sales Executive at Diesel & Motor Engineering PLC. Janendra began a career at Etisalat Lanka (Private) Limited as a Supervisor, focusing on customer convenience and brand integration. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing, along with an Advanced Certificate in Marketing Management.
