Shanika Fernando is an accomplished marketing professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a postgraduate diploma in professional marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at LANKATILES since March 2024, Shanika has also held pivotal roles at Citizens Development Business Finance PLC, starting as a Junior Executive in July 2020 and advancing to Executive in July 2019.
