Alexander Pobednov

Alexander (Sasha) Pobednov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and banking. Currently serving as a Customer Experience (CX) Architect for Citizens since February 2016, Pobednov has significantly contributed to the Digital Banking team. Previous roles include Customer Experience Strategy Consultant and Regional Proxy at Quincy Main Office, along with a successful tenure as a Multi-Site Branch Manager where two bank locations achieved top ten performance in a competitive peer group.
