Amber Moore

Amber Moore is a Collections & Recovery Platform Administrator at Citizens since March 2022, responsible for collaborating with various business lines to implement automated processes aligned with business requirements, analyzing systemic issues to identify root causes of errors, and managing system updates through proper change control. Prior experience includes roles as Recovery Lead and Recovery Specialist at Springfield Brewing Co from May 2018 to September 2022, and previous positions as a Server at Missouri State University and Chili's. Amber holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from Missouri State University, completed in 2020.
