Andrea West has over 23 years of experience in training and management roles at Citizens, where responsibilities have included leading workshops, coaching new hires, and managing teams. West's expertise encompasses the development of training programs in sales, customer service, and operations, along with serving as a trusted resource for staff development. Prior dance education includes roles as a Dance Instructor at Miss Louise's School of Dance and The Dancing School, emphasizing technique and fostering a supportive learning environment. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts and an Associate of Arts in Dance from Dean College.
