Audrey Rodrigues

Audrey Rodrigues is a seasoned professional in collections and recovery strategy, currently serving as the Senior Manager at Citizens since January 2021. In this role, Audrey leads an analytic team focused on the development and performance management of collection strategies for both secured and unsecured lending products, emphasizing risk-based treatments and omni-channel outreach. Prior to this position, Audrey held the role of Credit Card Collections Risk Strategy Executive Director at Chase from June 2010 to December 2020. Audrey’s career began as a Research Assistant at Care New England, where responsibilities included participant recruitment and data management for autism studies funded by the National Institute of Health. Audrey Rodrigues holds a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
