Carol Borowski is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in strategic sourcing, IT transformation, and quality assurance within the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Technology Partner Management and Next Generation Technology Transformation Lead at Citizens Bank since July 2013, Carol holds multiple senior vice president roles, overseeing global sourcing strategies and relationship management for the bank's application portfolio. Prior to this, Carol worked at The Hartford from November 2004 to March 2013, progressing through various leadership positions that emphasized enterprise quality assurance and managing substantial budgets. Carol's career began at Allmerica Financial, where leadership spanned project delivery and service delivery roles over two decades. Carol holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Bryant University.
