Chad Arnold

Chad Arnold is an experienced executive in the wealth management industry, currently serving as EVP and Chief Operating Officer at Citizens Wealth Management since 2022. Prior to this role, Chad was the Managing Partner at Aegis Advisory from 2020 to 2022, focusing on strategic planning and digital transformation in wealth management. From 2005 to 2020, Chad held various leadership positions at TIAA, including Senior Managing Director and Head of Direct Investor Services, where responsibilities included driving growth and enhancing client loyalty. Earlier career experiences include roles as COO and Managing Director of Individual Advisory Services at TIAA, Director of the Field Consulting Group, and Wealth Management Advisor. Chad began the professional journey at Charles Schwab as a Portfolio Consultant. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business and a BBA in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi.
