Feili Ye

Feili Ye is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Branch Manager at Citizens since February 2022, Feili previously held the position of VP and Senior Branch Manager at HSBC from October 2018 to February 2022, and Vice President & Branch Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from November 2009 to September 2018. In these roles, Feili successfully led teams to enhance customer relationships and achieved a 14% increase in year-over-year annual deposits and investment sales through quality control process improvements. Earlier in the career, Feili worked as a Financial Advisor at MetLife from May 2000 to October 2009, specializing in customized financial strategies for high net worth clients. Feili holds an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business and has completed the CFP program at NYU School of Professional Studies.
