Femi Aturu

Femi Aturu currently serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Agile Transformation at Citizens, a role that involves developing and executing an enterprise-wide agile transformation strategy and aligning agile practices with business objectives to foster growth and innovation. Previous experience includes positions as an Agile Consultant at TEKsystems, Senior Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead at Amway, and Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager at Sunad Services. Femi began a career in agile methodologies as a Scrum Master at Digitask, following a role as a Business Analyst/Scrum Master at Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Business Analyst position at Goldlink Insurance Plc. Femi holds a Master of Science in Marketing from East Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Obafemi Awolowo University.
